Ballet Studio 260

Christina Megli has recently traveled to the Upper Valley from Arizona to pursue a graduate degree in medicine. She had been teaching at various studios in Arizona since 1999. She is fond of the choreography for Kiss Me Kate, Crazy for You, and Rogers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella for the Desert Vista HS theater. She has received choreography awards for competitive work with both junior and senior company for Gotta Dance Inc. in Tucson, AZ. Christina has a minor in jazz dance from the internationally renowned dance program at the University of Arizona and has worked with noted choreographers and instructors Melissa Cesarano, Susan Quinn, Michael Williams, Sam Watson, Nina Janik and Amy Ernst. At U of A, Christina has worked on the committee for the Arizona Jazz Dance Showcase that has showcased various choreographers/ master teachers (notably Mia Michaels, Joe Tremaine, and Sherry Zunker) at the University of Arizona based convention. In the Upper Valley, she has worked with Northern Lights Gymnastics, Richmond Middle School, and the Lebanon Ballet School. "Crissy" is known to bring her contagious enthusiasm into her classes. This fall she has been contracted to choreograph Hatford High School's production of "Finian's Rainbow".
She is thrilled to join the staff at Ballet Studio 260.
